He charged a fair price and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He takes a lot of pride in his work and genuinely wants the best outcome for his customers. My plumber was working in the basement at the same time on an issue Phil discovered, and he took the time to tell me how nice Phil was and how easy he was to work with.
