Shortly after finishing the online chat, I received a call from their office to schedule the service. They were very accommodating of my schedule. The technicians arrived on time, were pleasant and knowledgeable, wore those plastic covers on their shoes. I needed the drains looked at in our upstairs bathroom but also asked them to take a look at the other bathroom, kitchen sink and backyard as I was noticing some stagnant water there. The Technicians were honest and up front - they diligently took care of the problem upstairs, told me everything else looked good elsewhere, showed me where grass had grown over the drainage from the back yard to the front, checked my water heater as a precaution. They were fair in their pricing and even offer a 5-year preventative maintenance plan that is extremely economical. He was great about listening to my needs and not trying to oversell me on anything. I asked about other plumbing items around the house (water filtration/softener and drain cleaning), and he showed and explained all those as well. He even drained my sprinkler system while he was there so it wouldn't freeze/break. Installation of the water heater was well done. They also had to go on the roof and attic to make sure the vent pipe was good to go."

"I called in a near panic with a leak in my kitchen ceiling. They were able to come out the next day. When they were in my ceilings, they discovered (and showed me) huge sections of my hot water horizontal lines that were all but rusted through. Not only did they replace the two leaking sections of cold water horizontals; but they replaced ALL of the horizontal cold water and the horizontal hot water pipes that were easily accessible (I wasn't willing to let them cut up the rest of my living room ceiling to get the four additional horizontal lines; but, they will be doing that for me at some point.) The plumber that came out was courteous and explained what he was doing. While the work was quoted for half a day, it took him almost eight hours, but they still only charged what they quoted. I have plans to reno three bathrooms and I WILL use Pipe Doctors. They're a bit more expensive, but absolutely worth it!"
