"Fantastic Honest Company! My home flooded on December 14 when pipes burst and caused extensive damage to my home. After my home was repiped, Houston Custom Carpets Flooring and Remodeling came to my rescue and repaired everything beautifully! Matt Warsinger, Design and Structure Specialist, was my main contact. His team of professionals were honest, courteous and responsive and repaired my home in less than three weeks! Their prices were reasonable and their carpentry work exquisite! HCCFR’s carpet is so luxurious and their pad is so thick and excellent quality. All of their work has a warranty. Additionally, Matt Warsinger negotiated with my insurance company for a full recovery of all my damages! "What a terrific service. Albert was very responsive to my initial contact. We made an appointment and he spent a lot of time with us looking at different options and making sure we had a very informed choice. He worked closely to help us pick something that satisfied our needs. He came to the house and carefully measured. His team came later that week and did a perfect job. I don't say that lightly, I really couldn't be more satisfied. They were fast, responsive, and collaborative. The price was explained clearly and was very fair.
