"Did a horrible job. David uses low quality wood, screws are missing and unevenly placed, boards are warping badly after 2 months, uses wrong gate hinges and stained wood way too early (1 coat) causing fading and sticky sap. I HIGHLY don?t recommend this dude!!!!"

"Greg uses a faith based Christian sales pitch but do not be fooled. He wants to be paid in full before the work is completed. I trusted him and he sent in a certificate of completion I only discovered later that part of the work was not completed. He said he reached out repeatedly to my insurance company two weeks ago to send in additional documentation but was unable to get through he only told me today when I told him he would be paid in full when the work was completed in full. He had already been paid more than half .I asked why did not he tell me he could not get through to my insurance co, he said he forgot. I made a payment of $4000 and another payment of $700 he called me a liar and said I never paid him the $700. I sent a screenshot of the cleared check from my bank account he told me to bring it to court. He is suing me. He found the $700 did not apologize and is refusing to offer any assurances that he will complete the work so I can pay him. Learned today he can not be trusted"

"This is a negative review for A Plus Custom Renovation LLC. The company has not done the promised work. In early December, their sales representatives walked/inspected up on the roofs of my home & garage, with my insurance adjuster. An estimate was drawn up. A Plus Custom Renovation LLC was given a check up front, for supplies and to get my project of roof replacement calendared for January 2026. January being full, I was given February 3rd. Then reasonably due to weather the work date moved to the 6th. My insurance adjuster received a letter via snail mail on the 4th of February, then called to congratulate me as the letter was a Certification of Completion dated January 30th. The letter, from A Plus Custom Renovation requested monies for Recoverable Depreciation. There has been no work done. Materials were not ordered. Please, be aware of this company committing fraud with insurance companies and taking seniors monies."

He took photos of areas where the wood had rotted and was replaced. He removed my old roof fans and added roof vents and repaired the area at the base of my chimney to improve water flow around it.
