"He was great! He came right out. He laid a trap, came to check on them regularly, changed traps as we went, etc. He finally caught her and then went to get the babies. She had hid them so well in the corner, a human just couldn't get back in there. He used a stethoscope to listen in the ceiling to find the babies and remove them. He came out multiple times and called to check in to see how the progress was going. It took him a week, but that was because she didn't leave at all as she got ready to have the babies. He caught her the first time she left. I called around and he was the BEST priced company by far. I hope I never need to call him again, but if we had the problem again, he'd be who I called.
