"I was planning to clean the sofas & carpet when our kids returned to school. With college and high school students home full time, the daily wear and tear had taken its toll. Unfortunately, one sofa & the carpet were stained by ?, forcing me to seek a cleaner before our time at home had ended. I was very pleasantly surprised with how clean everything looked when Prestigious Carpet Care was finished - one of the stains was very dark, and there is only a very slight (1%?) discoloration now, only noticeable if you know where to look. All odors are gone, and everything looks like new. I would definitely hire Prestigious again, and won't wait for an accident the next time!"

Ben came to my house with his mask on and he walked me through his crew's processes. He let me take him on a tour to talk about all the problem areas in my house so that my clean was exactly what I wanted. He wasn't pushy or salesman-like which I greatly appreciated. I felt like he listened to me. The first clean was A LOT of hard work. Dezaree and Alana were my first cleaners. My husband let them in and they worked tirelessly getting our first clean done. My sink was cleaned well and I could tell they cleaned behind some things to get the nooks and crannies. Everything in the house was shiny and it simply looked great. They were good with my dogs, too! I especially like that they ask me how the cleaning was after each clean. I get phone texts and emails from them notifying me of the upcoming clean. "Very professional. Nic was adamant about the quality of his work and wanted to make sure each step of the cleaning process was appropriate and good. Did want to mention the cleaning ingredients got on my wood floor. It was wiped up but did some minor damage to the surface that my husband recovered. Would suggest a Drop cloth around the furniture if working around hard wood floors. Otherwise very satisfied with the cleaning."
