Washer is an old model and it was difficult to diagnose the problem, so this was a return visit for warrented work. Also, appreciate the imput from the "old master" Jack English, the owner! Albert made some recommendations for rouitine maintenance, etc. which we appreciated greatly. Would recommend this business to anyone, family and friends! He was the only one to answer my call. He was nice to listen to my concern. I was able to get an appointment for him to look at my refrigerator. He practiced proper Covid 19 precautions while he looked my refrigerator. He was able to fix my refrigerator and he was very courteous and assuring me that I could call him if i had any questions or issues. Two weeks later I did call him for advice on my refrigerator. The compressor and coils were running hot. He recommended I blow out the dust from the coils. I did follow his advice and that solved the issue. He also came to do a followup on the issue and I was impressed with his help to prevent another breakdown."

"My dish washer quit working and began flashing a blinking light that said I needed to have it serviced.  I called Discount Appliance and Ray came over the same day. He said it was the heating element but that there wasn't a replacement part in stock and it would need to be ordered.  I called once or twice after that inquiring about the progress of when he would be back to fix it, but my call wasn't answered.  Finally, a week later he came back to get it fixed.  Once he got here, the did a great job and the part was replaced. He had to pull the dish washer out from under the counter, and it leaked some water but he cleaned up the mess and so it wasn't a problem.  He was very friendly and nice and very knowledgeable about the dish washer and did a great job and the dish washer works fine. <br />"
