"Highly recommend!! The office staff, the owner, and all employees are exceptional. I was preparing to leave for a long trip and my sprinklers started acting up just days before leaving. I called their office and the receptionist promised to squeeze me in given the circumstances. They sent two young men out to review the sprinklers and they both were unsure of the issue, so the owner, Bruce, came to look personally. I explained my situation where I needed to leave on a trip and would be gone for quite some time, he understood and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Furthermore, he checked on my sprinklers while I was gone to reassure that they were working properly. This quick response and reassurance was incredible and I cannot recommend this company enough! This works to their advantage because they charge you for a whole hour ($70) even if they're there just 10 minutes. They determine the time based on the GPS tracker in the service vehicle. Both times the guy sat in his truck for 30 minutes after he was finished. Work was completed but 2 sprinkler heads still don't pop up."
