This is just what I was hoping for. Matthew was very helpful and friendly. Later that day Travis showed up to do the stretching for Ace Carpet Cleaning and he was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely professional, very personal, likeable, and worked hard. He did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet. I am not sure how old the carpet is in this house but it is at least 35 to 40 yrs old. I could not believe how clean Travis was able to get the carpet. My wife and I were amazed. "The very first phone call was very unprofessional. They called and complained that because I went through home advisor, they had to pay $30 for the lead. Then after all that chatter, and guilt trip, gave a price. The son the cleaner arrived really late. Did not answer calls or let me know they were late. I had to call them so many times before he actually arrived. Basically, did not follow up on anything that he said he would do. If you want an unprofessional experience with an average clean and wet carpet, go for them."

"Paul did a great job. I initially asked for the painting quote and Paul was very competitive. In addition he gave me an estimate for all other jobs I was already getting quotes for from other contractors like the hardwood floor, granite counter-top replacement and backsplash replacement. He was most competitive on all of them saving me thousands of dollars. The job took almost 3 weeks and was completed on time. Everything was done very well. Paul organized all the work and had no problem with me changing my mind in the middle of the project. Communication was excellent and there were no surprises. He even fixed our baseboards free of charge after the new carpet was put in resulting in small damage here and there.
