"DO NOT USE THIS Company I hired Modtek roofing to replace my roof on my home after Hurricane Ian. It now is leaking in my Master bedroom in my home. I was given a 25 year warranty on my roof. It hasnâ t even been a year and the roof is failing. I have called the office one a week for the past 3 weeks requesting repairs before I have more damage. I am told by Liz she will let Luke know and she will get back to me. Still to date 3 weeks later numerous phone calls and no response. The make no effort to make things right or honor the warranty. "Approximately one year ago, we hired a screening company to replace our ancient lanai cage and also to add a roof to the porch. The roof leaked after the first rain. The screening company returned four times to fix our leaking roof but they were never successful. They never answered our fifth call nor did they ever return our calls after that. Jim Ayers, owner of Stuart Roof Repairs, was recommended to us by our neighbors. We found Jim to be honest, ethical and his attention to detail is exquisite. Jim spent a fair amount of time trying to determine the source of our leak. Once he figured what our problem was-he spent an incredible amount of time explaining in detail the solution to our leak.
