"The quote process went well. Carlos is very knowledgeable about the trees and processes. The quoted cost was much 50%than other Arborists (which is different than a tree trimmer). When I asked why the price was high, The response was "I am offering a premium pruning, which consist of raising canopies, interior thinning, reduce away from home, balancing trees, deadwood, mistletoe and broken limbs removed, most importantly the Selective Pruning on the higher parts of tree that is strongly recommend." Based on this response, I hired them to do the job. They did a good job of installing the tree brace and cable system. They also did a nice job of pruning the Live Oak. However, the other 2 trees were given a very minimal trimming. Asked for them to return and complete the "Premium", They came back the next day and did the job completely. The trees now look great. In summary, they are capable, quick, knowledgeable and expensive, and may under-prune unless you are very clear on your instructions."

"I feel really fortunate to have ended up with Salâ s doing my job. I had a 50â Hackberry on the 8 foot strip of land between my house and my neighbors house- and it was dying. It had to come down, very carefully so as to not damage our roofs (it overhung both roofs) or the fence between our houses. It was almost a surgical operation. Salâ s crew was friendly, polite, and they worked their buttâ s off all day removing the tree without a scratch to anything else. It was clear they were experienced and knowledgeable, and respected our property. They left the property looking better than it looked when they got here.
