Over the phone I told him I had a newborn so he was nice and called when he was outside instead of ringing the doorbell in case my son was sleeping. For the inspection he showed me pictures of what was wrong and what they would do to fix it. He came out a couple days later and assessed the issue and agreed that he would take care of it. He came back today to do a temporary fix and will be back next week for the final fix.
