"He comes and gives you a timeline for work. He helped and gave me a name and brand of roof shingle material that I could use when I hired another contractor to replace it. He also gave me recommendations of other companies that can help me with work."

"Great experience, inspection of potential business space roof. Very detailed and thorough inspection and explanation"

"Very courteous and helpful, it just wasn’t something I could afford. If something changes I will definitely use them for my roof replacement"

"We had R&S Roofing replace the flat roof on our home. We had gotten multiple quotes from different roofers, but R&S Roofing was one of the most thorough at a competitive cost. Remington was great with communicating and explaining everything they were doing. The job was started and completed on schedule and took just 3 days. We are very happy with R&S Roofing and would definitely recommend Remington to anyone looking for a roofer."

"Poor communication from the installation crews No announcement of arrivals or departures. The last crew was on the roof for half an hour to install a roof vent and left without explanation or having installed the vent. Salesperson Robert S. was helpful in resolving installation concerns. We need better notifications on crew schedules and subcontractor delivery schedules."

"I got my got a new roof. I am very happy with the job the owner and his employees were outstanding. I recommend them, do anyone that needs a new roof"

"Excellent professional. No sales pressure (unlike several other contractors I have contacted). Lowest quote - allowed me to upgrade to higher class roofing shingles. Everything is delivered as promised. Including WPI-8 certificate."

"I highly recommend Journey Builders. Eric contacted me immediately after I asked for a quote for installing a gutter system in my house. FYI, my roof has a very awkward slope and I was unsure if they were even able to install gutters in the first place. But Eric took a look at it, and figured out a way. Thank you guys."

"Very professional. Work was delayed due to unexpected rain squalls for several days and Brian kept me informed along the way so I wasn’t left in the dark. In and out in a single day for a 30-square complete roof replacement. No mess left behind. I'm a very happy camper."
