I live in an older home built in the 1930's and previously when new floors were laid the other companies just nailed another layer of underlayment down and off they went. Much to my surprise A Plus Home Remodeling removed all old flooring down to the floor joist and leveled everything prior to the remodel. Once crews came onsite, they were there 6 days a week until complete. They were able to do in all, electrical, plumbing, framing and finish carpentry. A one stop shop. "We couldn't be happier with the finished project of our screened in porch and new deck!! It came out even more beautiful than we imagined. The wide screen system gives us unobstructed views of our property and the new deck is perfect. What we noticed immediately about Sergio and his crew was their attention to detail.
