They also cleaned up afterwards and hauled old line segments away and put down grass seed and straw where they dug up the yard. The technician who came to do the cleaning was a polite young man who arrived on time with all the equipment necessary for the job. He was careful and respectful of my belongings, even wearing shoe covers when inside the house (how many techs actually do that?). Upon finding a blockage in the duct, he was meticulous in air sealing and vacuuming the line until it was completely clear. He was fast and efficient, and the whole process took no longer than 20-25 minutes.
