"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

They replaced my roof on a 5000 sq ft house, they did drywall work in my kitchen on the ceiling, and they also did several household repairs to help me sell my house. I have been dealing with Chris. He is very professional, always comes when he says he will (and from what I have experienced in GA with contractors, that means a lot!), and the pricing has always been fair. He talks through the process of each job and what needs to be done and gives you the pricing upfront. He has played an instrumental role in helping me sell my house. "Called Austin about a leak on flat roof. He had done my shingles roof about a year ago and called him about flat roof repair. He said he could come to look the next day. Was very punctual and was here when he said he would be. Checked roof and found probably leaks and brought materials to repair while he was here. He is very knowledgeable and explained problem and showed me where and how the repair would be made. He took time to double check work and to make sure it was good. Austin is a good person and he's very fair. He is my go to roofer when needed. Would recommend to family and friends"

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
