He sprayed a powder (environmentally friendly) into the two holes leading to the yellow-jacket nest. He then went back to assess how the yellow-jackets were responding and noted that they were getting covered with the power and were starting to die. He let me know that it could take up to 7-10 days to take full effect but that I should check in a few days and let them know if I was still seeing a lot of activity. "John was very thorough and helpful. He came out on a Saturday to look at everything (on very short notice) and came back on Sunday to do the sweep and fix our cap. He is very honest and didn't make us do any unnecessary sweeps or replace our chimney cap that was damaged. He fixed the chimney cap instead, saving us money. He even replaced our broken light bulb in our flood light as he was up on the roof anyhow. He showed up when he said he would and notified us via text when he was on his way. Great communication.
