"Somebody run over to the sprinkler head with their vehicle, causing the water to run in to the street and the 2 sprinkler heads near by were not functioning correctly, the representative, came over right away and relocated the sprinkler head away from the street, they checked all the sprinkler in the property to make sure that they were operating efficiently. On the 2nd visit, they trim palm trees (three queens and small palm tree)and cut branches from an oak tree and they did a great job. They used a ladder to climb the palms which helps the trees stay healthy, unlike some other companies, who used spikes on their boots."

I was contacted by two companies and selected 12 Voltage Home Decoration & Sprinkler Repair. After contacting me, they came out and inspected the damage/leak and then called me with two solutions. First, fix the backflow valve, if repairable, for $175 or second, replace the valve for $500 to $700 depending on the cost of a new valve. They were trying to save me money. The repair of the backflow valve was successful. The system was working like new...no leaks. I cannot say enough about the expertise, efficiency, the superb customer service, and knowledge that was demonstrated in analyzing, repairing, and testing the system to its completion. If I have any further irrigation/water system issues, I definitely know who to contact. I highly recommend the fine people at 12 Voltage Lighting Home Decoration & Sprinkler Repair."
