"I called and left Gregory a message which he responded to in a very timely manner. I inquired about pricing over the phone which he gave me. I called him back the next day and asked when he could come out to look at the job and make sure there wasnt anything I missed, he was able to come out the same day. He was there when he said he would be, brought some literature about the products he used and went over all the options. The crew arrived on time and Gregory was there to help get everything started. Side note, if you are having your floors refinished they do need a 220v plug via your dryer or stove. The crew worked hard all day finishing the sanding the first day, which is a true dust free system. When I say dust free I mean dust free no dust anywhere. The crew returned the second day and put down the stain first thing that morning and came back later in the evening and put down the first coat of clear. Third and final day second coat of clear then the sealer coat. They came when they said they would and finished when they said they would. When it comes time to do the rest of our house they will get the call."

"Cindy is nice and pleasant.  Her helper was nice but quiet.  She felt we were too far from her home, so we won't be doing further business, but she kept her commitment.  Some of the jobs she said were standard don't seem to have been done....like wipe down the kitchen cabinets and appliances.  There were spots left on the fridge that came off easily.  There is a tiny round rattan coffee table in the bedroom and a big "wad" of lint was behind it.  Our house is large, but there were bedrooms that were uncleanable so that made the house way under 3000 feet.  She wanted to do more work to make her trip worthwhile, so we let her clean a few sets of large, wide blinds, and clean some small screens, for $50 extra dollars.  They seemed to do a good job. 
To be fair, we have not finished the remodeling, so the house was a mess in many places.

"We bought two rugs from a woman and once we put them in the car, the smell of dog urine was overwhelming! J came out and even had to throw out his own tarp afterwards- that was how bad they were! He spent an hour cleaning the rugs and I was amazed that they were so clean. I thought it was a lost cause. He even offered to do a second treatment for free if the first didn't completely do the job. There was still a slight odor, so he came out the next week and did another run-thru. So far, so good! He was so nice and really cared about customer service and the quality of his work. We will use this company for any work in the future, for sure!"
