Prefer not work with them again. The bottom line is that we have enough confidence in AmeriCraft that we are now in discussions with them to renovate some more areas of our home, specifically an additional bathroom and basement renovation. "The quality of work is fantastic, and Marek is the best project manager you could ask for. The reason I removed one star is because I believe the quoted contract price, specifically for allowances, can improve. You should expect to add a minimum of $20,000 to your contract price. I also recommend referring to your contract throughout to ensure you aren’t getting an extra charge for something that should be included. Like I said, the quality of work is fantastic, but the up front pricing can improve."
