"Seemed like they were unprepared for the job. They had to use our paper towels, our 409, our broom, our glass cleaner, our catch pan, our heavy boxes too hold the sink in place, while the caulking dried. They also left a mess of sawdust in a couple of our drawers...probably should have let them use our shop vac to clean up. Otherwise craftsmanship was good. "

"This was a Home depot purchase and they use DRF to contract the install on 2018 had 2 tankless water heaters installed they are Navien 240S the heat exchanger is leaking and as the customer I have to call for the warranty issue as DRF will not or they want to send someone for triple the price to inspect the unit. Price gouging DO NOT USE THEM "
