It started with the prompt follow up from Jennifer to my request for carpet cleaning. Then she already had a copy of my floor plan from the address I had submitted so we could discuss exactly which areas I wanted to have done ... very professional! Then she texted me a half hour before my technician Jason would arrive.. helpful so I m not waiting around in a 2 hour window. And Jason KNOWS this business - he truly CLEANS the carpet - not with lots of soap - but with very hot steamed water and state of the art commercial cleaning and extraction - top of the line all the way! The last carpet cleaning we had looked clean for about two weeks then felt gummy and looked dingy because there was so much residue left in the carpet. My 10yr old carpet looks and smells so clean and is still soft to the touch - no residue. The only problem any potential customer might have is that they may not live within Kona Carpets area that they service 😍🤩!!"
