Andrew did a phenomenal job with repairing the brick on our chimney as well as the flute. We were so pleased with the overall job that we had them install a gas fireplace insert. Everyone involved were so professional and knowledgeable. Angie helped us along the way to pick out the product we were happy with. AJ came out and explained the entire process and supplied us with a very fair quote for the job, and our installers, Dan and Jacob, who did an unbelievable job installing our unit. They were very respectful of our property and made sure to cover all the areas they were working around and cleaned up along the way. "Was given 2 hour window, called 25 mins before they arrived. One tech went right to the fireplace and started cleaning while 2nd inspected the chimney and cap using a drone. They were done in 20 minutes, reviewed their inspection with us, and texted me cap photos from the drone. We used them before, and would use them again."

"Lindemann Chimney had sent Steve to our house to inspect and sweep the chimney. Steve started by visually inspecting the firebox and surrounding area. He then climbed up to the roof to inspect the exterior of the chimney. Finally, he inspected the interior of the flue. He stopped the inspection at this point to discuss the results with us. In short, the chimney is not safe for use for a few reasons. Steve clearly explained the issues he had discovered both interior and exterior. He did not perform the sweeping at this point since we all agreed that we would not use the fireplace until these issues were addressed/repaired. We continued to discuss other options. Overall, we had a great conversation and ended with a confident understanding of the issues and our options. I believe Steve went beyond our expectations for the following reasons: - Potential issues on our roof surrounding the chimney were pictured and discussed. Because of this we are going to have a roofer examine these issues. - The sweep was not performed, because the chimney is not safe to use. This reduced our cost to just an inspection. - While discussing alternative options, we became very excited about the idea of installing a wood stove insert. I highly recommend Lindemann for your fireplace and chimney needs."

"WOW! 24 hours from dumpster and shingle arrival to dumpster pick up. The roof was DONE in 10 hours - I'm stunned! And I could not be more impressed with Dialed In Roofing & Exteriors and Caesar Dumpster LLC. From the beginning, they were so down to earth and helpful answering all of my questions. Thanh was amazing - he brought the drone out to take footage of the roof and walked me through what he saw up there. I was even told by others, "oh yeah, I don't need to see it, we'll just go ahead with replacement". Thanh made sure to check out the locations of the leaks, showed me what he found and was comfortable that there was no mold issues present. Caesar Dumpster LLC snuck the dumpster into the driveway, right next to the retaining wall, with zero issues! I was so grateful to see them placing 2x4s down for the dumpster to sit on to preserve the driveway! And he came in quick this morning to remove it - nice and simple! I will rave about this process for a long time, and will recommend Dialed In anytime I have the opportunity! Thanh and crew - THANK YOU for the peace of mind you have given us!!!"
