"We originally had a chain company come out to take care of a rat issue we had in our driveway. After a month there were no results whatsoever, there were still rats having a party every night around my home. It was absolutely disgusting. It is actually embarrassing to even talk about! "I called E&G Exterminators because we had yellow jacket bees in our house. I called and they came out right away. Their technician, Marco, was very polite and professional. The bees got in where the brick and the siding meet in the front of the house and ate their way through the wall. Over 500 yellow jackets killed."

"The classic we don?t realty care because we got you to sign a contract type of company. Spoke with Emmy. You told me, we can get a tech out there between 2-5. The proceeds to ask me to sign a yearly contract. Then around 1:30 pm I receive a text message which I just saw telling me they won?t be here till tomorrow. Canceled and blocked my credit card. Talk about a great way to waste a new clients day. I called Kapture and they sent a guy out the same day. I will be using Kapture for my bee issue. "
