Not like some franchised services that give a quick course to a minimum-wage person, whoâ because their truck only has ate steamer system wants to drain the filthy water down your bathtub. (This happened to a friend.) They have their own clean and dirty water tanks on their trucksâ ¦. I didnâ t look for other quotes, so donâ t know how their prices compete. I did ask that a few rooms not get the Biological formulaâ which is $65 more room. But they all got it anyway. So the bill was higher. But I did NOT complain because I figured these particular carpets likely needed it. ( I think they would have had to totally â rebootâ the system to only do some of the rooms with this formula .) Tom, our service guy, was great! Hard working, efficient, and super polite."

"I believe there were three ladies and they did a great job. They worked constantly. The only thing, we asked them for a quote to come back and clean on a regular basis and we never heard from them again. We wanted a quote on how much would it be for every two weeks to come out for a couple of hours and they said that they would get back to us and never did. I guess maybe they were so busy doing all of their Angie’s groupon. The Deal was good, but we never got an ongoing price. We probably would use them in the future if we get a hold of them. In the meantime, we bought another deal from another company and they are coming tomorrow."

"Mandy is amazing. We have never had a house cleaner before, and were a little wary. But Mandy and team changed the quality of our life! She's extremely communicative and trustworthy, and cleans like a pro. She uses environmentally safe products, which I appreciate as I have a young child and am also pregnant. She is easy to talk with, and someone you can really trust so that you can do what you need to do and stay out of their way. Within a few biweekly cleanings, we were letting her come while we were at work -- we left a spare set of keys and gave her a guest passcode for our house alarm. I couldn't imagine being comfortable doing this, being an urban girl whose family was obsessive about safety and crime. But I've never looked back.
We miss Mandy down here in FL, but I'm sure she's taking her excellence with her in NC. And her right hand woman is still cleaning for us; we couldn't imagine going with someone new after having such a positive experience and developing these relationships.
