"They did removal of old broken-down encapsulation, redid, made air-tight, waterproofed, mold and mildew treatment, French drains on two sides, drained cinder blocks, filled holes left from previous drains and vents, installed new sump pump and dug in, leveled-the slanted area for proper drainage, installed new exterior drain, relieved 4" of standing water and established proper flow. PROFESSIONALS TO THE MAX!!! It's gorgeous and clean and brilliantly done. I can't say enough good stuff about Patrick and his crew! Even after traipsing in and out with wet, muddy old encapsulation materials and debris in the rain, they left my place in sparkling condition -- NO evidence of them ever having been there! "He was not able to fix it as the problem was behind the tub where there was no access. His guess was that it was most likely one of the jet lines burst or split due to the cold winter He recommended calling the manufacturer to see if there was a way to get to the back without having to pull the tub. Otherwise we'd have to pull the tub and replace.

Just purchased a new house.   Supply valves for washing machine were leaking.   Called Peter, he asked me to take a picture of the valve and text it to him.   He called me right back and explained how I could do it myself and save a bit of $$.   The valves were so old, I was not able to get them removed.   Called him back and he came the next morning.    Replaced the valves and also fixed a simply problem with a toilet.  

He gave me some ideas for adding a utility sink and took the time to explain the plumbing in our new house and some issues to look out for in the future.  

I liked the fact that he offered alternatives to a service call and only recommended work that actually needed to be done.

"My basement drain was backing up and draining very slowly.  What should have been a straightforward process (pull toilet, maybe camera, clean drain, re-install toilet) turned in to a 4 day ordeal, requiring 3 visits.  The issue was incorrectly diagnosing the problem twice -- first he thought is was a vent issue, then he thought it was a septic tank issue.  This caused a lot of extra, unnecessary work for me.  Ty's attitude on the 3rd trip was definitely different than the first 2, and not in a good way.  After the drain was finally cleaned out on the 3rd trip and the toilet re-installed, the toilet hold-down screws were left way too long for the plastic covers -- a detail that should have been taken care of.  Ty seems like a good guy, but after my experience, I have to question his knowledge and diagnostic abilities.  On the bright side, his prices are more than reasonable and he responded quickly when I called him."
