He was professional, knowledgable, and incredibly polite, which greatly influenced our decision to sign up for the service. He was also able to get us an appointment that same day (today). With today being our first appointment, so far I am very pleased. Our serviceman, Spencer, was both professional and friendly. He took the time to perform a quality job, including knocking down a large wasp nest right outside our front door. "I decided to go on a one-year contract with All Solutions as I had just way too many wasps and carpenter bees. Every quarter (or more often if I wished) they came out to take care of bugs and insects as well as my many wasp nests (I'm thinking I had 40+ nests...they LOVE cedar homes unfortunately). All Solutions eliminated them and gave me advice on how to control the carpenter bees and that worked as well! Jeffrey, the service technician, did a great job as usual!
