"Called Critter Control, they were very friendly explained the process and made the appt to inspect the area. My husband stayed home from work that morning so they would have access to the attic, since it was explained they would check for other rodents. When the guy arrived he told my husband it was someone else who crawled around the attic but set two traps. My husband wasn't too happy about staying home to provide them access. The traps worked like a charm and the rodents were carted away. They left an estimate for the work to deter critters from reentering the attic. I did not understand the estimate, so I called and the lady got the tech to call me back. They came and did the improvements, but left empty calk containers and scraps from the improvements. But the improvements looked good, since I was concerned about comments from our homeowners association. Overall a good experience, possible improvements is take alittle more time to communicate the process and follow-up with the customer and take your garbage with you after a repair."

He was under the pitch upon arrival looking afor and finding all the access points the mice were using for months and sealed them up. He was courteous, knowledgeable and a total pro. I called company for termite control after finishing with mice- no more in house. Sean is termite expert and just as professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
