"I would highly recommend Smart Choice. When I placed the inquiry though Angie's List, I got a call from Jane at Smart Choice that same morning. She was able to get me on the schedule several days out which was fine since it wasn't an emergency. She called back later in the day as they had a cancellation and I was able to get on Luke's schedule the next morning. Luke, the technician, arrived within the time frame window I was given, and even called 15 min. in advance to let me know he was on the way. Luke was super polite and adhered to covid guidelines, wearing a mask (and asked that I wear one while in his presence) and even wore booties and gloves to keep our home clean. He looked at our fridge and immediately knew its age! He as also able to quickly diagnose the problem and had the necessary parts to get us back up and running without a second trip. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Should we have any other appliance repair in the future, Smart Choice will be our first call."

"I've been a customer for 4 years now. Since moving to Boca 8 years ago, this is my third AC company. The first two, I had constant issues with. And then I found Island Air 4 years ago. Since then, I wouldnt change a thing. Island Air has been awesome. They are extremely professional, responsive, always on-time, etc. My first experience with them was buying a brand new unit. Since then, it has been regular servicing every 6 months. Today is the first time I have had a "warranty" issue. Island Air replaced the capacitor no problem, for no charge since Im still under warranty. They did it with a smile on their face and didnt give me a hassle at all. Thank you to the Island Air team and Orlando (HVAC tech) who came out today!"

"Ken and his crew remodeled 2 bathrooms and our kitchen and we were overall pleased with the final outcome. Ken is a very trustworthy, upstanding guy, was true to his cost, and finished on time. What's more is that we did the job remotely as I live across the country. He did a LOT of extra leg work for us which we really appreciated since we weren't local. There were a few hiccups along the way, but with an old house its to be expected, plus us not being on site proved challenging. Ken worked with us on the various challenges and the outcome was positive. Finding a contractor who values his work, his word and his reputation is hard and Ken fit the bill!"
