"Great overall experience with Drains inc. Tim was quick to respond to emails and texts. On time for the job as well which took 3 trips to finish. I had a major sewer line repair that needed to be done, I was in the process of selling my house and Drains Inc was able to accommodate me on a tight schedule. Very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They saved me 6 thousand dollars compared to the other plumbers quote ( Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals Inc) after I paid them 880 bucks to hydrojet my sewer line and they couldn't even clear the line or even bother to rod it again. Then gave me an insane quote to fix my sewer line which had a section of pipe missing. Tim came out and cleaned up their sloppy half *ss work and gave me a much better price. In a nutshell if you want good honest work done go with Drains Inc and give Tim a call."

"Flawless execution! Professional crew of well-trained people! For not that much more than someone quoted to mill my pipes, Illinois Sewer replaced my bad pipes then installed a pipe in pipe liner. I couldn’t be happier. These men are number!!!!"

"The basement had an awful sewage smell and the water from the basement washing machine, sinks, and toilet wasn't flowing into the ejector pump pit to be pumped out into the overhead sewer. Water had also backed up into the laundry room. J & S came the next day, inspected line with camera, and did a rod of the sewer line. The main pipe under the basement foundation was clogged bad; however, J & S opened the line and fixed the problem. The employees (Daniel, Jorge, and Rosalio) were on time, very professional, and cleaned before leaving. Daniel also pointed out some other sewer/plumbing issues that he recommended be fixed in the future (with-out being pushy). I would recommend this company after my experience with them."

"They arrived on time. Knowledgeable and professional. They successfully cleared the drain all the way into the wall."

"excellent service! The company representative Alex gave outstanding customer service, The workers were very careful in working around existing underground pipes. The work was done efficiently."

"Tim was great, extremely honest and helped get my sewer main line fully cleared. Even showed me the before and after with his nifty camera equipment. Also had him look at another issue with my basement window wells not draining properly."

"They had a very reasonable price for video inspection and sewer rodding. 1/6th of the competition. The service man was very polite and answered all my detailed questions."

"Outstanding customer service provided by Sean when I needed a really bad drain backup cleared. He quickly came out to my home IN THE EVENING and took care of clearing my drain as well as the mess that was there from the stinky and gross overflow. When he finished the job he gave me some great tips on how to avoid this from happening again. So happy with his service and the bonus recommendations to keep my drain clean and clear. Highly recommend Legendary... and Sean! He has helped me with my furnace and my AC previously and is a great tech that knows his stuff! He's quick, polite and cleans up everything when done. BEST HVAC TECH & PLUMBER!!"

"Nikko came out to do an outside backyard sewer line inspection. I've never had any problems in the past with the sewer lines, but had it inspected for peace of mind. I was glad I had it done, because Nikko showed me a nasty root inside the sewer line. Once he chopped up the root, the water that was held back could now flow freely through the pipe once again. Nikko found one more root and chopped that up too. Then he checked the drain one last time and when he saw there were no more roots he cleaned up and put his tools back in his truck. Nikko was very smart, informative and answered all my questions. Thank you Precision Today for your plumbing solutions. I will use them again and will tell friends and family to call them for any plumbing issues.."

"Excellent and timely service. Clogged toilet ended up being a broken sewer line that needed immediate replacing in order to have functional facilities. Would not hesitate using them again for plumbing needs."
