Posts had to cure and 3 people came back for final installation of panels2 days later. They look BEAUTIFUL! The entire staff was great. Neighbors are giving compliments daily. "John gave me excellent customer service. He came out to my house three times over the last few years to give me an estimate. Each time he was just as pleasant and helpful as he was the time before - very patient. I wanted to cut costs so I had various plans and fences I wanted to go over. John went over each plan and gave an estimate. I wound up doing the whole back yard. Any additional questions after he left he got right back with me either by phone/email in a timely manner. The work crew was just as pleasant and professional. Thy did an incredible job. The back yard looks great. After a year the fence still looks as good as new. You can't go wrong with City Fence."

"We are satisfied with the completed project. The project was completed in two days on the schedule that was promised. The fence looks good and appears to be sturdy. We have had a number of compliments on its appearance. However, we recommend that anyone doing a similar project be prepared to follow the project closely. The issues we encountered included 1) the initial building permit was obtained from the wrong town, 2) the initial contract was for a different design fence than what we had agreed upon, 3) the workers took no care to avoid ruts in our lawn which took a lot of personal effort to repair, and 4) the workers "hid" dirt from the fence holes under our evergreen trees, even though we had paid for it to be hauled away."

"Doug the owner was great to work with and very responsive. I was moving from VA and needed a fence quickly since I have 2 dogs and Doug did everything right to make sure our Fence was ready to go when we got up here. They are not the lowest cost but you get what you pay for and American Fence is worth the money. I was very pleased with the crew and they cleaned up the area nicely after every day of work. The fence looks fantastic and I would highly recommend using American Fence."

"We had a lot of mix up with Lowe's and remodeling. Their prices are okay. There were in-competencies but they tried to get things in order. We got blinds, they were beautiful. The staff were really nice putting it up but they sat a whole extra set of blinds. There were two sets of blinds. We had to start getting rid of the second set of blinds. It was like 3000 dollars worth of blinds. I asked them what they will do with it and they said they will give it to Habitat for Humanity. People were nice to us but there were lot's of incompetencies. I got the girl in taking 15 percent and an extra 5 for the credit card for the blinds. She said it was a mistake but i was going to lose money."
