"<p>It went great Michael Myers showed up I believe he was actually a bit early but that wasn't a problem he was thorough, efficient and polite. He found where the water leaks were, told us our water heater was cracked and would have to be replaced. He had another job to get to but arranged with us to be back the next morning at 9:30am to do the job. He showed up a bit before 9:30am again this was not a problem Mike had the job done in no time he was AWESOME! Mike not only had to replace the water heater, he had to fix a leaky pipe fitting and redo the floor under the water heater, for Mike this seemed to be a cake walk even when the sky opened up and soaked him, he was steadfast, efficient, thorough and polite, he didn't even mind my playful and curious 3yr old pit bull puppy when it came time to settle the bill.</p> <p>  We will happily recommend "Just Professional Plumbing" to anyone in their service area.</p> <br />"

"It went great. I visited my granddaughter on Sunday and it was so hot in her house and she is 9 months pregnant. She was so miserable in the heat. I came home and during the night a bad storm woke me so I thought I would check Angie’s List for a serviceman to repair he AC. It was 1:30 AM or so and I sent a message through Angie’s List thinking Grand Blanc Electrical would contact me in the morning. To my surprise I got a reply just a few minutes after I sent the message. Steve gave me the rate for a service call and an assessment of the problem. I replied and asked that he contact me in the morning. Steve called and said he could be at her home in about 30 minutes. He asked if I wanted him to just go ahead and fix it if it was a problem under 200.00 and I said yes please. About an hour later I received a call from Steve telling that the work was completed. May granddaughter was elated. He installed a new capacitor and cleaned the unit. I can’t believe how luck I was to have found someone that was willing to go out so quickly and resolve the issue. It’s so rare to receive same day service these days. He said I could just mail a check but I was so happy with such excellent service I drove over to his business and paid him immediately. I will use this company from now on for any future needs and would highly recommend him."

"It's been a while since Matt and crew have a review on here, so I thought I'd speak up. My (very senior) folks had a failing sump pump a few years ago, Matt came out and was great - for a very reasonable price. Fixed it quickly and perfectly. When my water heater failed, my mom recommended him. He was great on the phone and through text. The price was about $600 less than the other quote I received. So a man named Rick came and he was fantastic. Personable, knowledgeable and totally professional. I felt in good hands. He not only replaced the heater but did a couple of other necessary things but still stuck to the quote. Honestly, if you need a plumber anywhere near Metamora, call them. Can't recommend them highly enough. Ethical, punctual, affordable, and likeable. What else do you want?"

"I very much appreciated Nathaniel's expert advise and honesty and professionalism. Ends up our washer is in need of about $400 - $500 in repairs and instead of trying to get us to go for that, he recommended we just buy a new one for less than $500 (he recommended one that he just bought for his home). I'm pretty sure that most appliance repairmen would try to sell the expensive repair, but after he clearly explained the situation, I'm certain he's correct. I will use this company for future work (they don't sell appliances, btw, so they aren't making any money when we buy a new one). "We realized we had a leak on a Saturday morning in early May. We looked in the yellow pages of our local phone book and saw the ad for Cooper and Son, which said they had 24 hour service, 7 days a week. We decided to call them since they were in our immediate area. Mrs. Cooper answered our call and said her husband would be here within an hour, and he certainly was! He told us what had to be done, gave a quote and said he could be here Monday morning with the new tank to do the job. We weren't available for it on Monday, but agreed on Tuesday. Mr. Cooper and his son were here first thing in the morning and were completely finished by noon. A day or so later, we noticed there was a leak at one of the joints and called them to say there was no hurry, but when they had time we 'd like them to stop by to fix it. That very afternoon, he was back to fix the leak, and we have had no problems since that time. Cooper and Son is located in North Branch and is a family owned business. We were very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone."

"They did a great job and spent longer than expected as he said was the drain was clogged with something rock hard, turns out that using too much Liquid Plummer and not getting any results and letting repair go too long to call in a Pro leads to really clogged drain. Needless to say Steve got it all cleared and even tho he spent that much time he charged me $50 less than he quoted me, I will call on him next time I need work done."
