I'd called 2 other local plumbers out to the house and they diagnosed the problem as an improper seal on the toilet. However, they were wrong and after both plumbers left the leak reappeared. I called Prime Plumbing and within seconds he was able to assure me that it was not a toilet leak because of the size of the drain pipe and was able to find the true cause of the leak which happened to be a bad seal in the vent pipe allowing condensation to flow down and leak onto my ceiling. They replaced a part and it wasn't leaking when they left, but a very slow leak started up about 30 minutes after they left and they came right back to tighten up a different spot and all is well now.
