Essential did everything from electrical to plumbing, brought our condo up to the current decade from about 1970. 1600+ square feet, painted, trimmed, lights replaced, faucets and toilets replaced, dropped ceilings removed, blinds replaced, hardware checked/replaced, old appliances removed (they'll be coordinating installation of new in the near future).
