"Both Frank Sarabia & Art Garibay were professional, informative, and helpful from the initial inspection and quote through the installation. During the inspection, they identified that the deck was in poor condition and below code and would need to be replaced. None of the other companies I obtained quotes identified the decking issue. Frank was very helpful during the inspection and pointed out what to look for and to what to let the insurance company know about. Their estimate was very reasonable and inline with the insurance estimate. The installation was fast, efficient, and clean. They addressed an unexpected rain storm and got everything sealed and stayed on site after hours and after the rain stopped to make sure there were no leaks. They dealt with all unexpected issues with the roof quickly and professionally. They cleaned up around the house throughout the installation and after the job was complete. "At first I was not going to go with this roofer and had struggles thinking of what to do. The cost was so much more than a standard roof for my flat roofed house. After speaking to Mr. Gonzalez from 4 Star Construction he gave me an estimate and explained the pros of having a metal roof. Which were outstanding. He was so Professional and kept me informed on the start and when the roof would be completed.They worked very clean and neatly. Upon completion he covered all that was done vs his written plan.
