Alex Ramirez gave us first rate service leading us through the process, describing the various types of roofs, and was very patient and professional in answering all our questions. Alex is very knowledgable and friendly. He was easy to reach, made all appointments, and kept us informed every step of the way. His office staff was also easy to reach and very helpful. The foreman and roofing team that did the actual work showed up on time each day and did a great job tearing off the old roof and disposing of it. The job-site was left clean and Alex personally came over to make sure everything was to our liking. The new roof looks so great that several neighbors came over to ask about the work that was done. "Jacob was great to work with! He communicated exceptionally well and worked his crew after it started raining in order to prevent water leaking into inside of the house. "Mark was totally proffesional as he went to school and was trained in what they call a TPO roofing system that has a warranted lifetime application.. The system was installed and all the gutters adapted and replaced. He also did some extras as stucco and made sure every thing was repaired and cleaned."

"Mr. Danny came in and evaluated the damage on our roof. He was very clear and professional in explaining the steps and how the whole process worked. We agreed and he then came in a day later w moth his team of very professional and nice guys. They worked full days and finished the job within the time that was suggested, they also cleaned up (which was a worry of ours) after the completed their work. Our house looks great! "It went great! They were very quick to respond and get me on the schedule. Before the repair, they showed care and concern for my home by going above and beyond in preventative work. At no cost, he put a tarp over my roof to prevent leaking when a storm was coming. He also was very communicative with my insurance company to ensure the job was done in full and correctly. "They did a great job of cleaning the roof and applying the Gaco. They found some wet spots in the foam, cut it away and repaired the areas at no extra charge. They had done stucco work for me before and did a great job. In the future, I will call them again for roofing or stucco work. They do good quality work and are the best contractor to use for this kind of work. The reason I gave them a B rating rather than an A for the overall work, is because they could have done a better job of cleaning up and following up on details. For example, we agreed they would have our satellite TV working at the end of everyday when they had to move the dish to work under it. I had to call after the workers had left and had them come back to fix the dish. I had to call them several times to come back to clean up. They were always good about coming back, but I should not of had to call them. The foreman and project manager should of had the crew do these tasks without me pointing them out to them. Overall I was happy with the work and would hire them again."
