"My experience with Green Mountain Contractors was fantastic start to finish. I was purchasing a home with a 23 year old tar and gravel flat roof in the North Valley with signs of leaks in multiple areas. I worked with 6 different roofers that all had excellent reviews to get multiple opinions and bids. Green Mountain was able to come out the fastest, got me a bid within 24 hours, and Zach patiently walked me through different options (TPO, Silicone, and repairs to the tar + gravel). We talked through the pros/cons of each material and the cost differences. From a cost perspective, Green Mountain came in down the middle of the bunch. From a thoughtfulness, responsiveness, timeliness, friendliness, and professionalism perspective, Green Mountain was at the very top. Green Mountain was extremely communicative throughout the job. He checked in afterwards. His team showed up when they said they would and left the property as clean as they found it. Because this was for a home I was purchasing, Green Mountain had to run around and coordinate with the seller, the seller's insurance agent, myself, and the seller's agent. He also had to schedule the job with only a couple of days notice, and complete it within 3 days so we could make our closing date. Green Mountain was able to get it all done without making compromises on quality. Once I got into the home and inspected the roof, I found some extremely minor areas of concern. Green Mountain came back out promptly to address them. I will definitely be working with Green Mountain again on other projects for the home."

"First, I have a flat roof and they installed the modified bit roof (an upgrade from what I had). I hired this company from out of state to repair my rental home in NM. There was hail damage to the roof and it needed to be totally replaced. I no longer live in NM so I had to hire them over the phone and internet. They sent me pictures of the roof and confirmed the work that my insurance indicated needed to be done. They went out and were sensitive to the renters that we in the house so as to not disrupt their days. All the pictures of the roof were beautiful. I will be able to complete an inspection myself when I travel to the house in early 2018. There is a warranty so I'm not concerned. Very professional and responsive company."

"It turned out fine. I had to travel back to the East Coast to visit some some other family. Then I came back and left a friend in charge of monitoring the install after I returned to Alaska. They did the work after the fact of me being there.

From the pictures that my friend took of their work, there was only 1 problem. But they came back and repaired it. I guess the supervisor came back and did a walk over after his crew did the work and he cleaned it up. They also advised me of some other work that needs to be done and that turned out pretty good too as far as the estimate. They will probably do it this summer. I plan on using them again on the stucco work.

"Henry did an excellent job with my roof that was damaged during a severe hail storm. Everything from the initial quote to the completion of the project was done exactly as he had promised. He’s very punctual and communicated with us each step of the way. He also finished the job right on time which was rarely the case in other contractors I had hired previously. I also hired him a second time to redo my fireplace and he also did an excellent job. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make his clients happy.
