Within minutes of completing Angi's intake form, I received a phone call from Day & Night and we arranged a home visit for the same afternoon. Day & Night's Ngura Sailo arrived a few minutes early (awesome!), was friendly, respectful and COVID-safe (e.g., remained masked during entire visit). I had a toilet that wasn't flushing properly and a bathtub drain leak. Ngura walked me through his diagnosis of both problems. I agreed to a toilet replacement. Ngura left to pick up a new toilet and returned in under 60 minutes. He installed the new toilet quickly and cleaned up completely afterward, taking our old toilet with him for disposal. And he fixed our bathtub drain leak free of charge, improvising and creating a tool out of scrap copper pipe to do the job. Throughout the entire process, Ngura answered every question I had and explained every step. I would hire Day & Night again in a heartbeat, and I would request Ngura Sailo by name."

They explained everything to my mom, who was home, and called me to verify what was needed for the repair. The repair on took only 5 minutes. A few months ago, we had another company fix the toilet. Apparently they did not properly install it and it cause a slow leak. What impressed me is that Cipriano could have really charged a lot and over sold what needed to be done but they did not.
