He called when he said he would and did everything he said he would, when he said he would do it. "The work that they did was fine but the workers went fishing off our dock, got on my husband’s boat and when we said something about it – we weren’t home our neighbors observed this – the company was not very accountable about it. They didn’t apologize, they pretty much said it couldn’t have happened. I think they need to watch who they are hiring to do the installations."
