"Ron was quick to return calls. He and Justin showed up and cleaned my entire house with a hot water extraction and sanitization process. It did take a while for carpets to dry but this was to be expected. They did a great job getting out several stains and moved through the house quickly. Our dog had gotten a flu bug or something and had accidents in SEVERAL areas of the rug, I rolled the rug up and took it outside. It had been out there a few day and been rained on. I called Service Master and they came and picked the rug up and took it back to their shop. I got the rug back a couple days later completely cleaned and no smells were left lingering!!
