"The technician was professional and on time. He did not spend the amount of time spraying into the closets or around the doors that I think those areas needed. Most bug spraying companies I have had take time on the deck and around the waves to spray and clean out webs which he did not do. Other companies charge $90 vs $135 for the same service but spend more time and communicate what they have found and what they did and covered before leaving. He was quiet and did not inform me of anything he found, or what he completed."

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
