They protected the basement storage area from any dust or debris by putting up plastic sheeting and laying down tarp. When they were finished, the area was spotless. "Top Hat Chimney was incredible.  He came out to our house to inspect our chimeny and tell me any work that needed to be done.  He came in with his top hat and not only was professional but brought a smile to our faces.  He took time to teach us how to properly use our fireplace and did a complete inspection.  At one point, he took my 4 year old son to the chimney with him and pulled out a piece of fabric of Santa's suit that had apparently gotten stuck in our chimney.  My son was so excited.  In the end, he told us that our system was fine and he charged us nothing at all.  I would recommend him to anyone and EVERYONE! <br />"
