"This is a historic home in Farmington, not some modern home where you can rely on standard building methods to get things done. A full crew showed up to demo the old bath(s) piping. They were able to troubleshoot and overcome plenty of oddities in the 1800's home, assemble a brand new (from the basement to the 2nd floor) plumbing system, and pass inspection on the first go. They constantly checked each other's work to ensure that the job was done right when they walked out the door, and even had an IRC book with them to reference code when needed! What really made it great for me was their pointers and advice on how to do my portion of the renovation to mate up with theirs seamlessly, and their willingness to work with me. I'm sure if you have some small issue or a modern bath that needs some refreshing, they could do it eyes closed... but a plumber who can handle a 130-year-old home and plan out a completely up-to-date bath in it is much, much rarer. If you needs are out of the ordinary, I'd call Matt before anyone else."

It was a complete gut job for a 1969 colonial in Wayland we wanted to living dining and kitchen and incorporate a large island and completely remodeled 2.5 baths. Tony (the owner) showed up very prepared and spent over 2 hours taking measurements and going over our needs. A week later he delivered very detailed plans for the kitchen and all the baths which we absolutely loved! We knew we had a winner at that point. He was very creative how he came up with a 5 foot T island and took advantage of every single inch. The level of service and response that we received is very impressive we must have exchanged a few thousand emails between June and Nov until the project was complete. Tony was there every time we have a question. We wanted something custom and high quality so we can enjoy it for a long time...what's even better the prices where very reasonable almost similar to Home Depot higher end line frameless cabinets but Prestige service, design and products are way superior. It's is encouraging to see people who take their job so serious Tony and prestige kitchen excesses our expectation by a mile! I would give 7 stars. Thank you Tony."

"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

Not a big deal. But later, when it was determined that I needed some repair work on the system, they were difficult to reach. They took my number down wrong at first. But even after calling several additional times with my correct number, they still took several weeks to get back to me.
