"We recently hired Residential Solutions to repaint the exterior of our home. There was extensive repair work needed to the wood and siding. Everything had to be sealed prior to painting. Craig Anderson's team of professionals did an absolutely fantastic job. He takes pride in his company and it was obvious in the service provided. "Our house was in dire need of exterior painting. After researching Kevin Turner Painting and talking to Kevin personally, I knew he was the man for the job. Ours is a fairly large house and the job took seven days for Kevin and his three assistants. They removed all the gutters (which were to be replaced later by another company), removed all the storm windows, power washed the entire house, and scraped off all the peeling paint. Before painting, Kevin made a number of wood rot repairs, caulked where needed, repaired the front porch awning, reglazed a number of widows -- and even removed an unsightly old tv antenna from the highest part of the second story, During the painting, Kevin made a couple of suggestions which we agreed to that really improved our house's appearance, such has adding some shutters rather than trimming the doors and windows with an accent color. We were really impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Kevin and his crew. We are extremely pleased with their work. And our house has never looked so good! We whole-heartedly recommend Kevin Turner Painting!"

"My Contractor Danny, is very professional and courteous. Upon his initial visit to consult with me he arrived 10-15 minuyes earlier than scheduled which meant a lot as on that particular day I was busier than anticipated. He did an in depth walk around with me to understand my objectives and vision (while taking notes). He provided me with color samples of the paint brand that he typically uses, however reassured me that he was flexible to use the paint of my choice. I'm glad I went with his preference because the quality and brilliance in the colors stand out. He submitted a detailed bid to me in a timely manner in which he is very fair. I've used him earlier this year to paint my Master Bedroom and Bath, and it is Beautiful. Communication is key for me with projects because I'm a little extra LOL, but it meant a lot to see Danny arrive each day ahead of his crew to go over or address any issues or concerns. During both projects, I've realized "a missed opportunity" on my part to enhance my vision with the upgrades. Each time, when I've asked him if he could adjust the contract $$ and make accommodations, he met with his crew to work it out, most importantly he never expressed any frustration. Danny and his team of highly skilled Painters to which each have their unique abilities, are Customer focused and truly committed to Customer satisfaction. I had another company paint my home in 2019, and there was so much paint drip, debris and cleanup left for me it was unbelievable. Danny's crew each day that they were at my home, were sure to clean up afterwards. On the last day they did a thorough clean up. The blew away any dirt and put all the furniture back in place. My recent Exterior Paint request using Danny of Gold Standard, LLC was absolutely amazing. My Home Stands Out from the rest. When you turn the corner, it's and Eye Catcher. The quality of paint and texture is rich and very appealing. Some homes that I've seen in my area, the paint looks flat and or bland. But you get what you're willing to pay for. I did my research and prefer paint with a hint of Satin as recommended. Google.... In closing, since Danny has painted my home, I've had several neighbors compliment me and or ask for his number.
