"This fence product was unfamiliar to the contractor.  He worked with us and Certainteed for a couple of months to ensure a proper installation.  My husband had researched fences and found this manufacturer to be the very best on the market.  Michael was very patient about getting information from both my husband and Certainteed.  The crew who installed the fence were very nice and professional.  We have other construction going on also.  There is a lot of mud.  I would recommend not installing a fence after a rain when there is mud everywhere! <br />"

"DJ Fence did a wonderful job with building a wood fence in our back yard. Lorenzo responded quickly to our original inquiry, and scheduled a visit within a day or two. He measured and helped us figure out the best fence for our back yard and our needs (keeping in dogs without keeping out the view). He made several suggestions we had not considered and they definitely improved the fence. He helped us with materials to give our HOA, and stayed in touch with us while we got the project approved. When it was approved, he gave us a projected project date. When an earlier date opened up, he let us know but it was during a time we were out of town, so he rescheduled to the next week. The crew arrived when promised, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after. They built a beautiful 5" wooden picket fence with 3 gates exactly as we asked. Lorenzo walked us through the finished product afterwards. We love it and have had many compliments on it. Highly recommend."

"I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Phoenix. If you're looking for a quality fence at a reasonable price look no further. Jeff and Karen were incredible to work with. We had 5 different companies come out for quotes and Jeff's thorough, no-nonsense explanation of fence types and prices made it an easy choice. When we decided to switch a portion of the fence from picket to picket w/ cap-board, I called Karen expecting the quote to be more expensive but she and Jeff said they could do it for the same price. Despite being told it was a two week wait, I got a call from Karen that they could install it the same week. Both Jeff and Karen are extremely professional and their communication made the project a stress-free, enjoyable experience. The workers, who were all brothers, were incredible. I was shocked by the speed with which they tore down the old chainlink fence, which was installed 60 years ago and had literally grown through the trunk of two trees. They methodically installed the new 218 square foot fence in one day, making sure everything was done properly. When the job was done, one worker insisted on grabbing a tool and coming back an hour later to remove a very stubborn old fence post. This level of detail and craftsmanship is hard to find nowadays. The fence has transformed our backyard and we couldn't be more happy!"

"Had a few scheduling issues for the estimate. In the end it got done and i wasnt in a hurry so no issues from my perspective. Understand though the the responsiveness isn't very good. Hard to beat his price though, the fence looks great and works well. Only had one issue post install i called them a few times and left a few voicemails to get help to fix it (gate wasn't latching properly) he never called back. I fixed it on my own."

"I did a competition on replacing our basement door, reviewing both the solution for a Signet Door and including price installed. After reviewing several solutions from several top rated companies, we decided that On the Level Contracting (OTL) (Peter Psihas) had the best solution for the outside trim with a 12 9/16” Frame Depth. I than went to the 3 lowest bidders (including OTL) with the final configuration to ensure everyone was bidding on the same configuration. After receiving the 3 final bids from top rated companies, OTL had the lowest price. After Peter ordered the door from ProVia, Peter provided me the estimated date he would be receiving the door from Provia. When the door was received Peter notified me and worked with me to schedule the installation date based upon our availability. The installation team from OTL arrived in the schedule time, verified they had the correct door prior to starting the work and did an excellent job installing the replacement door. Peter can to our house prior to the job being completed to ensure I was satisfied and went over the warranty information. Prior to signing the final contract, I talked to Peter about providing the Aluminum and replacing the Aluminum Capping to the side of the garage door that was dented. Peter and his father (George) replaced the capping matching the bends exactly to the top and the other side. I highly recommend using OTL.!!!"

"Hemax performed a drainage improvement project in conjunction with a complete driveway replacement. The project turned out excellent. On time, professional and knowledgeable crews. Henry Cruz is an excellent project manager. He provides extra value to the job with his insightful ideas. Price was fair and there was no pressure to increase it; only truly valuable recommendations. I poured about 50 gallons of water down the driveway and was very pleased with the improved grading of the driveway and the functionality of the catch basin. The drainage improvement and driveway both look great and I look forward to many years of enjoying the added functionality they provide. Money well spent on a job well done."
