"We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. Once completed, the work area was left spotlessly clean. "It went smoothly from contract to finish. I had preferred an earlier start date for job, however, Nate Sondrini came started when promised and finished in a timely way. Workmen were neat with storing supplies and any trash- no cigarette butts in the garden. Job was exact and roof was tight. My chimney's were wanting care, so Sondrini pointed , repaired and suggested a cap for our smaller one sending me digital pictures of caps to choose. . When there were some questions about their condition, or the repair he sent me pictures by phone of what he was referring to so I had a visual during the discussion. Very happy with responsiveness for administrative end of job and satisfied with quality of workmanship. Pricing was fair - he came in around, or slightly lower than, other bids for this job. Will be using them to do another repair on my roof this summer! <br />"

"Was all because we had a new efficient oil burner replaced . No one told us we needed to line chimney first and caused a huge problem in chimney of old house had to hire ETG to try and repair the damage but was so late in year winter was upon us and wasn’t ETG fault and he really tried to help"
