"The work was fine. The garage rack was hung upside down but that was an understandable mistake as there were hooks on both sides...I was able to rehang later. My only complaint was that it took two weeks to get an appointment scheduled. I was told the appointment would be in the morning and at 11:00am I had to email and ask if he was still keeping the appointment. I only took a half day off work to get this work done. I had to call my boss at the last minute to get the rest of the day off. All communication was done via email. A text message or phone call confirming the appointment and also informing me that he was delayed is not just a courtesy but a necessity if you're a working person. For that reason alone, I will not work with this company again."
