"Very nice and professional plumbers. Repaired toilet rather than replacing it. From the call with Karen who made the appointment to the two plumbers that made the repairs, it was a very pleasant experience. They now have a new customer with me."

"Mac was very professional and personable. Also fixed/repaired broken flange on one toilet and replaced handle on other toilet."

"Blake got the job done quickly and efficiently, in spite of triple digit temps. His bid was reasonable and very fair. He answered all my questions clearly and in detail, and I was impressed by his knowledge of the matter at hand. When he finished, he explained the workings of the new water heater in layman terms. I would highly recommend Blake for any of your plumbing needs, big or small."

"I had a different company the first day and they could not find the the water line leak in the yard. Then even tried using compressed gas. Lucky for me the owner of APS, Julian, had called and convinced me they could find it and told me the exact amount the repair would cost, which was a lot less than others quotes. I told the first company I found another and paid them for their 3 hours of service with 3 guys - but only one would work at a time. Texas APS sent out one guy. He actually worked instead of standing around or talking into a cell phone. Julian came by around 12:30 and while we were talking the worker stopped for a break after digging for hours. Julian the boss asked, taking a break, huh? And the guy was like yeh, I'm taking a break because it is a good time to. Julian said "It is?" And the worker said, yeh, I found the leak. I immediately said you're joking, but he showed us. The owner was so happy he took the worker out for lunch. But the Julian was sure all along he would find it. They had a bad experience once working for Julian's brother in law. It took them 5 days of digging to find the leak, but they learned a lot from that experience. I was so happy with their work I will have them out again to install a new drain on our water heater and will hire them when our 17- year old water heater needs replaced."

"I've worked with Nathan with Piped Rite Plumbing extensively in three different capacities: for my own home, for my employer's properties, and as President of a 79-unit condominium community built in the 1960s. I can honestly say he's the best plumber I've worked with. Nathan is knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly thorough. He's helped us solve everything from aging cast iron plumbing and water heater replacements to difficult leak investigations and preventative maintenance. He doesn't just fix the immediate problem- he takes the time to explain what's happening, offers practical solutions, and helps us make decisions that are in the best long-term interest of the property. What really sets Nathan and Piped Rite apart is professionalism. They arrive when they say they will, communicate clearly, treat homeowners with respect, and leave the work area clean. Whether it's a small residential repair or a large community project, I recommend Piped Rite Plumbing without hesitation."

"I called Jack on Tuesday to explore the possibility of installing a new hot water heater.  The old one was beginning to deliver sediment to the down stairs tub in the form of black, gravel like gunk.  He came by that afternoon to explore options for either flushing the existing heater or replacing it.  We  agreed that the best option was simply to replace the old heater since it was so old.  He said he could schedule the installation for Friday morning.  By Thursday the gunk coming into the tub made it unusable.
The next think I knew he informed me that he had a change in his schedule and could install the new heater Thursday afternoon.  He arrived at 3:00 PM and at 5:00 PM we had a new water heater, lines flushed and crystal clear water filling the tub.
This is the fourth time I have used Jack Crew and I will certainly call him again with any of my plumbing needs.

"We had a water leak in the yard and they came out fast and fixed the broken pipe in our yard. We also had them replace a kitchen faucet and 2 shower heads another time. Very pleased with the service. They are professional and friendly. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend."

"Justin’s services went above and beyond. He did an excellent job replacing and having to readjust my pipes. I will be using Austin plumbing Express for all my properties from now on. Excellent work and arrived quickly to remediate my situation. Very Thankful."
