"WE needed a handicapped tub and new surround. The order was taken and it took 6 weeks to get the order. An appt was made for doing the work and they arrived on time. Set up mats on the floors and went to work. They were done by 6 that evening and everything was cleaned up and ready to use. They were polite, clean, friendly and professional. I wish we had had them do more.

"When I called for service they had immediate availability and I appreciated the polite service that I received when I made the call. They came out exactly when they said, the worker was polite and thorough while explaining what needed to be done and what the cost would be. The job was completed in a timely manner and they did their best to clean up the mess. We did have some cleaning to do after they left but unclogging two bathroom sinks is a messy job. "We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."
