"After discovering in September that our Napoleon gas fireplace insert was not working, I called several places and found a company whose tech said he was experienced in working on the Napoleon’s (had probably done about 10 this year) so we hired that company. The tech who came out was extremely cordial and easy to work with. However, after considerable time attempting to fix our fireplace, he said he was not able to get it working. I then turned to Gas Connection, a company who had worked on our fireplace previously but whose contact information I had misplaced, then finally found. I spoke on the phone with Doug, the man who was to come out to repair it (vs. just speaking with someone in the office), then scheduled an appointment. When he arrived to do the work, not only was he friendly and easy to work with, as the other tech had been, but in addition, he was a good and careful listener as I explained what the other tech said he had done; moreover, he was extremely knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problems, then competent to correct the two problems he had discovered, thus getting the fireplace to work. After he lit it, he also was very patient in waiting for me to turn it off and on as many times as I wanted so I could be sure it was fine. After he left, I thought of a couple of other issues that I was not clear about so I called him. He graciously returned both of my calls right away and did an excellent job answering my questions, plus told me to call back if I had additional ones. As a result of my experience with him and Gas Connection, I would highly recommend him for anyone who needs work on a gas fireplace."

"On 3/13/19 we woke-up without any heat so I put in a call to Paradise Heating right on the dot of 8:00 and who should answer the phone but John (the owner). He understood my anxiety because there was a big snow storm (and cold temps) about hit all of CO. John scheduled us in right away for a call that morning. The problem turned out to be a quite a tricky one that he was able to figure out ... but ... he was going to have to make a trip downtown to pick up some parts RIGHT AS THE SNOW STORM WAS GATHERING STRENGTH. John gave me a call once he got to the supplier because it took him longer than expected (due to some traffic lights failing) and gave me an update on when he expected to be back at my place. By the time John got back there was already inches of snow onthe roads and it was getting slick, but, John didn't hesitate about continuing with the repair and it was another hour before he had fixed our furnace and he could head home. This was customer service that went beyond what any customer could expect. A big thanks to John!"

"I am not much of a reviewer but I would like to share my experience last month with Rock Heating. I lost a boiler in a rental unit. Jeff came out said that he could get it going after a $350 charge. After getting going had to red tag unit due to CO2. This is fine but maybe he could have said you need new unit and not took my money but...Then I asked for bid on new unit said he needed to return next day to do that. He came back, then left never giving price for new unit. He knew the place had no heat and said he would be able to get new one in a couple days. Had to call to get price for all they gave me was a rebuild price on a 40 year old unit which I said I didn't want done wanted new unit. After finally getting price, which I believe the tech just made up price, it was more then double the price. I had it done by a local honest plumber. If Rock heating does not want to do boiler work just say it up front and don't waste my time. Do you research check other companys beware!!!! Invoice #154630012"
